Security sources in the Sinai Peninsula have said that Egypt’s security authorities imprisoned an Israeli soldier on Monday in the tourist resort of Taba. They explained that he was attempting to infiltrate Egyptian territories through the Israeli borders with Taba. The sources added that they arrested him whilst taking photos to collect information about the Sinai Peninsula and Egypt. Egyptian authorities have transferred the Israeli soldier to Noweba city and have opened an investigation in to the incident.
