Six Israeli army bulldozers breached the border with the Gaza Strip Thursday morning, penetrating 300 metres into the border buffer zones in the southern province of Khan Younes, eyewitness said. The incursion took place at the periphery of the Rawaida neighbourhood in Khuzaa and the al-Ammour area in the east of al-Fokhari. The bulldozers are used to comb and level Gazan properties and farmlands where wheat and barley are grown. They are backed by tanks and Jeeps driven within the border buffer zone. Gunshots were heard intermittently coming from the watchtowers along the borders. No-one was injured.
