Palestinian Fatah movement accused on Sunday its rival Hamas of implementing "a separatist plan" in the Gaza Strip.
"Hamas used to implement a plan to separate the strip from the West Bank," Amen Makboul, the secretary of the movement, said.
The Hamas plan is backed by Israel, he went on to say.
