The Security Directorate of the Egyptian city Alexandria raised its security alert on Wednesday for any terrorist operations targeting police buildings or foreign consulates. The chief of Alexandria Security Directorate General Amin Ezzeldien said that these tight security procedures are aimed at securing the police departments around the city to face any terrorist operations, stressing that the security forces will not tolerate any violence acts that threaten the lives of citizens.
