A source at Iraq’s Foreign Affairs Ministry told Arabstoday that "Egyptian Prime Minister Hisham Kandil arrived this morning on an unannounced official visit, bringing with him a delegation of government ministers." The source, who prefers not to be named, confirmed that Kandil will meet with Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and a number of officials to discuss relations between the two countries.
