A Syrian man was killed and two Lebanese citizens from Hojairy family were wounded in a clash in Arsal town, northeast Lebanon, on Friday.
The deadly clash prompted the Lebanese army and security forces to intervene and confiscate the weapons used in the fighting, the National News Agency (NNA) reported this evening.
The army unites are patrolling the town, according to the report.
