Daesh terrorist elements pounded al Masaken area in Libya's Benghazi by mortar shells on Wednesday.
Libya has descended into factional fighting, leaving the country almost lawless for nearly four years after the fall of longtime leader Muammar Gaddafi.
The strife-torn Libya has two rival governments and parliaments, one recognized by the international community and the other with ties to Daesh.
