Armed clashes with heavy weapons resumed on Sunday between fighters loyal to the Libya Dawn movement and Daesh militants in Sirte.

Earlier in the day, Daesh terrorist group has released a video showing the killing of 28 Ethiopians in Libya.

The 29-minute video shows the militants holding two groups of captives.
