Bahrain\'s news agency said that the country\'s foreign ministry had summoned Lebanon\'s acting ambassador, Ibrahim Assaf, to express resentment over the press conference held in Beirut calling for implementing \"civil disobedience\" in Bahrain. Abdullah disclosed Bahrain\'s keenness to develop relations with Lebanon in the coming period. However, he urged the need to refrain from interference in internal affairs of the other countries. Abdullah added that Bahrain is \"committed to this principle\" and revealed its refusal in other country\'s media \"insulting\" it. He called on the Lebanese diplomat to express resentment to the government.
