Four al-Qaeda suspects were killed on Wednesday by Algerian army forces in the country's central region of Boumerdas, an army official said. The army said that the place where the four militants were hiding - Ein al-Hamra village - was discovered after military investigations were held. Army forces tried to arrest them but they were all killed in crossfire, the official added. The army also found a large amount of weaponry during the raid. The corpses of the four men were sent to a local hospital, while their identities are yet to be revealed.
