Algerian military forces killed eight members from an extremist group in north Mali, near Algerian borders, on Wednesday.? Security sources revealed that the military operation prevented the men from entering the Adrar region. During this operation, the military units were able to seize nine Kalashnikov weapons, three ?anti military aircraft rockets and five RPG missiles. The men are alleged to belong to the Movement for Tawhid and Jihad in West Africa group and affiliated to its ally, Signatories in Blood led by Mokhtar Belmokhtar.
