Seventy-seven persons were killed during violent attacks across Syria on Friday, the Syrian Revolution General Commission said.

Factions of the armed opposition deterred attacks by regime forces in several areas in Aleppo, Syrian activists said.
The fighters forced the army to retreat in Aleppo, Sky News TV quoted Mubasher Syria Network as saying.
