Tribal gunmen in the area of Naham, Yemen kidnapped four Yemeni university professors who were on their way to the city of Marib on Wednesday. Security sources in the capital Sanaa said that gunmen intercepted a bus carrying four university professors in Fardat Naham and abducted them.  Their whereabouts it unknown. Yemen is currently experiencing a period of insecurity as it makes a political transition. Foreigners and governmental employees are repeatedly kidnapped by anti-government group to use as leverage for their demands.
