Two civilians were injured in a mortar attack on al Salmani area in the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi.

Salem al Obeidi and Fayza Awad were admitted to al Jalaa Hospital, the media official at the hospital told MENA.

Fadia al Barghouthi said that they sustained injuries from shells that fell on al Sabkha buildings in Benghazi.

She said they received first aid and were discharged from hospital.
