Kuwait Minister of Health Dr. Mohammad Al-Haifi arrived here on Sunday for an official visit, during which he was to sign a health insurance agreement for all Kuwaiti students in the United Kingdom. Dr. Al-Haifi will also visit London-based Kuwait Health Office, and a number of hospitals that are linked to the ministry via agreements. Upon his arrival, Dr. Al-Haifi was received by Counselor Faisal Al-Houli, Dr. Yaqoub Al-Tammar, chief of Kuwaiti Health Office, and Ahmad Al-Dhafiri, assistant health attache for financial affairs.
