Kuwait\'s National Assembly approved draft laws on regulating health advertisements and parents\' custody rights, among others in their Thursday session. Business owners found advertising illegal health substances could face time behind bars of no less than three months and no more than three years, with the possibility of the closure of the media outlet in charge of displaying their ad, said one of the draft laws. The business in charge of the offense could also face revocation of its license. Lawmakers went on to refer other draft laws to the cabinet, including those related to the national flag and mandatory education.
