Caretaker Public Health Minister, Ali Hasan Khalil, gave instructions to all hospitals in Beirut to admit injured citizens as a result of the terrorist explosion that occurred Thursday evening in the area of Roueiss in the City\'s Suburb region. Khalil urged hospitals to provide necessary medical care and attention to casualties, placing all Public Health Ministry\'s capabilities at the disposal of injured citizens.
