Hospital institutions provided normal health services, particularly the most sensitive ones, during the power outage that hit the country at around 5:30 p.m., the press service of the Ministry of Health told TAP.
A crisis unit was set up by the Ministry of Health, in co-ordination with the Prime Ministry and all means were mobilised to operate power generators in hospital institutions.
"No incident was recorded in hospitals," the same source added.
