No deaths were reported in the bus crash on Ras Ghareb-Hurghada road that left 42 wounded on Monday, head of the emergency department at the Health Ministry said.
Mohamed Sultan told MENA that some of the injured were moved to Ras Ghareb Hospital.
Twelve were admitted to Hurghada General Hospital, he added.
He said the injuries are bruises and fractures.
