The Executive Commission of Health Ministers Council of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) States held its 78th meeting here today.The Director General of the Council\'s Executive Board Dr. Tawfiq bin Ahmed Khoja pointed out that the meeting will discuss a number issues including combating non-communicable diseases, the quality of health care and patient safety, mental health, and organ transplantation.
