Beheira Governor Moustafa Hadhoud decided on Thursday to allocate a 13,000-square meter plot of land for the establishment of the Faculty of Medicine, the first of its kind in Damanhour. The governor also decided to build a university hospital on the same land. Two under-construction apartment buildings will be used as a dormitory for female students. These decisions were made during a meeting of the Damanhour University board under Hatem Saleh el-Din with the governor attending.
