Tawa-fried vegetables

Ingredients
75 gms carrots, peeled and sliced100 gms cauliflower, cut into florets75 gms baby marrow, chopped100 gms broccoli50 gms coriander leaves, finely chopped10 gms chilli powder15 gms dry mango powder10 gms garam masala powder25 ml oilSalt, to taste
Preparation
Heat oil in a wok, add cauliflower, broccoli, carrot and baby marrow (in that order). 
Cook until vegetables are tender. 
Season with salt, chilli, dry mango and garam masala powders, and garnish with coriander leaves
