Ingredients
500 gms salmon cubes
Marinade #1 : br /> 15 gms salt
8 gms white pepper
50 ml ginger garlic juice
Juice of 1 lemon
Marinade #2:
50 gms honey
50 ml mustard oil
50 gms dill
150 ml cooking cream
2 tbsp corn flour
Preparation
Marinate salmon in marinade #1 for 10 minutes.(Keep it in the refrigerator while marinating fish).
Then mix in marinade #2 and let it marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.Now grill it in a preheated oven at 245°C for 5-7 minutes or on a charcoal grill till golden brown.Serve hot.
