We all love to indulge in the famous Italian pasta dish, Chicken Alfredo but we can’t stop worrying about the number of calories the sauce throws in. well, worry no more with this delish low fat recipe.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup skimmed milk
• 1 tbsp corn starch
• ½ cup low fat cottage cheese
• ½ cup low fat parmesan
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• ¼ tsp garlic powder

Directions:
• Blend all the ingredients on high speed in a food processor until smooth
• Pour the mixture into a sauce pan and cook over medium heat while stirring occasionally until the mixture is smooth
• Pour over the cooked fettuccini, garnishing with grated low fat parmesan cheese
