Ingredients
500g : nbsp;chicken thigh fillet, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tbsp: white vinegar
20g each, ginger and garlic pastes
200g: Greek yogurt
1 tbsp: dry mango powder
6-8 green cardamoms
10g: clove powder
1/4 tsp: black salt
20g cumin powder
1/4 tsp: red chilli powder
10g: mace powder
Preparation
1. Marinate chicken in a mixture of vinegar, ginger and garlic pastes for 30 minutes.
2. Mix the remaining ingredients and marinate the chicken again in this mixture for another 30 minutes.
3. Grill or barbecue the chicken pieces until cooked through. Serve with mint chutney.
