Israeli police detained nine Palestinians.

Israeli forces Wednesday conducted multiple overnight raids across the West Bank and detained 14 Palestinians, said the Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS).

Israeli police detained nine Palestinians after violently storming and searching their family homes in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of al-Isawiya.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces detained a Palestinian after storming and ransacking his family home in al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem.

PPS added that another was detained during a similar raid in the southern West Bank district.

Two others were detained during raids in the central West Bank district of Ramallah.

In Qalqiliya, soldiers stormed and ransacked two homes in Kfar Saba neighborhood, before rounding up a Palestinian.

They also set up a roadblock at the eastern entrance of Azzun town, where they stopped and searched dozens of vehicles and inspecting passengers’ ID cards, causing a traffic jam.
