The second Asian Scientific Forum opened today in Bahrain. The five-day event is being held under the patronage of Supreme Council for Youth and Sport Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee President Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa. The Human Rights and Social Development Ministry is organizing the event in cooperation with the International Movement for Leisure Activities in Science and Technology (MILSET) executive bureau and Kuwait-based MILSET-Asia regional office. A series of workshops and meetings will be held on the sidelines of the forum.
