President of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) Mahmoud Saqr will open Sunday a workshop on the modern approaches of research and innovation in Egypt and Belarus.

The two-day workshop will discuss means of cooperation between Egypt and Belarus and draw up a draft for the executive program for cooperation in several research spheres, including nanotechnology, biotechnology and water desalination.

The workshop will be held within the framework of a scientific cooperation agreement between the ASRT and the NASB.
