The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology, NCMS, has urged motorists to be cautious, reduce speed and leave enough distance between vehicles because of a dust storm caused by winds.
In a statement on Monday, NMCS said that the weather will be fair in general, partly cloudy and hazy at times. Moderate winds will freshen at times, especially westward. The relative humidity will increase during night and early morning over some coastal and internal areas with a chance of fog and mist formation.
"Sea will be moderate, becoming rough at times westward in the Arabian Gulf, and moderate in general in the Sea of Oman," the statement added.
Tuesday and Wednesday's conditions are likely to remain similar.
