Truce in Syria still holds for second day

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) on Tuesday asserted that a truce that was reached in Syria ahead of Eidul Adha still holds for the second day.
A Russian-US agreement has been reached on this score two days ago.
The ceasefire agreement has been put into effect as of Monday 19:00 in accordance with the Russian-US agreement.
Also, Russia has announced suspending all its air strikes on the Syrian territories, except for terrorist-controlled areas, ahead of putting the agreement into effect.
