Homs urges UN envoy to declare truce in Waer
UN Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Syria, Staffan de Mistura , informs the media at the European headquarters of the United Nations in Geneva

Homs Governorate Council on Sunday urged UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura to declare a truce on the outskirts of Al Waer neighborhood.
The council told Alarabiya Alhadath channel that the truce calls for providing an exit for civilians and opposition in Al Waer similar to what happenned in Darayya and Homs' Old City.
