A military source expects Sharqat city in northern Iraqi governorate of Salahuddin to be liberated from Daesh within hours.
International coalition war jets shelled on Thursday eastern Sharqat, killing 60 terrorists and destroying 30 Daesh vehicles.
Iraqi forces seized most of vital facilities in Sharqat, the source said.
