Tripoli - MENA

Spokesman of the Libyan Presidential Council's Al Bunyan Al Marsous operation Mohammed Al Ghasri said the forces presented requested the presidential council to appoint a military ruler for Sirte city after its liberation from the Daesh terrorist group.

Ghasri said in press statements on Sunday that the ruler will have a temporary mission until security and stability are achieved in Sirte

Sirte's ruler will help the local council and security agencies to run the city, he added.
