The Pakistani army today fully controlled Boya and Dighan, two border zones in Waziristan formerly overwhelmed by terrorists, official reports said today.
A statement by the Public Relations Department of the Pakistani armed forces said the army successfully continued its land combing process in Waziristan and was able to dismantle the two key strongholds of foreign armed organizations stationed in the state.
He added that the army also demolished an explosives and ammunitions factory in Mir Ali in Waziristan and unearthed 12 mines planted by the insurgents.
