Suicide bomb blast in Charsadda, northwest Pakistan
Islamabad - XINHUA

At least six people were killed and four others injured on Friday night in twin blasts in Pakistan 's northwestern tribal region of Mohmand Agency, local media reported.
According to the report, the first blast hit two members of the pro-government Peace Committee, who were riding on a motorcycle in the Chinari village of Safi Tehsil at the border with Afghanistan.
They were killed by the roadside bomb, which was detonated with a remote-controlled device.
The second explosion took place when the locals and peace committee members were evacuating the bodies from the blast site, local media reported.
The explosion killed four people and left four others injured.
Security and rescue teams reached the blasts site and shifted the bodies and injured to hospital.
A splinter group of the banned Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan, namely Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, claimed responsibility for the attacks.
In a phone call to local Urdu TV channels, a spokesperson of the group said they attacked the peace committee because of its support to the government. He also warned of more strikes.
