Woody Allen attended a dinner party in Manhattan as he was being celebrated in absentia at the Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles, the New York Post reported. The spotlight-shy filmmaker's longtime friend and collaborator Diane Keaton accepted his lifetime achievement Globe on his behalf Sunday night. Meanwhile, Allen dined at the Upper East Side restaurant Sistina with his wife, Soon-Yi Previn, their daughter, Manzie Tio Allen, and fine arts dealer Lorinda Ash. "The group celebrated by dining for over 3 hours. Everyone was in a fun, celebratory mood and congratulating Woody," a source told the Post. "They spent the majority of the evening discussing their predictions for the Golden Globes ... . It was a friendly banter in terms of predictions of winners -- 'Wolf of Wall Street' and 'American Hustle' were mentioned. Woody was overheard praising Leo DiCaprio's performance." Earlier in the evening, Allen attended the opening of "Beautiful: The Carole King Musical" on Broadway. The Post reported someone shouted at intermission, "Mr. Allen, shouldn't you be in Los Angeles tonight?" prompting him to reply, "I prefer New York." But not everyone was so friendly to Allen Sunday. Ronan Farrow -- Allen's estranged son with his ex-girlfriend, actress Mia Farrow -- tweeted his complaint that the Globes ceremony omitted his adopted sister's allegations Allen abused her decades ago. "Missed the Woody Allen tribute -- did they put the part where a woman publicly confirmed he molested her at age 7 before or after Annie Hall?" Ronan Farrow said on Twitter. Farrow's sister Dylan claimed Allen had touched her inappropriately, though a subsequent court case was later dropped and Allen has never been convicted of any crime. Allen's wife is also one of Mia Farrow's adopted children.
