Shepherd's court papers don't mention custody of unborn

Actress and television personality Sherri Shepherd has filed for divorce from Lamar Sally, her husband of three years, New Jersey court documents show. Shepherd cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Her filing comes after Sally filed for legal separation May 2. He requested full custody of the child they are expecting via surrogate in July and asked that the prenuptial agreement they signed be declared invalid due to fraud.
