Rosie O'Donnell has posted before-and-after photos of her nearly 50-pound weight loss, after undergoing vertical gastric sleeve surgery last year. "Almost 50 lbs off - I can see it now," the 52-year-old recently tweeted. "I did it to save my life," told a luncheon sponsored by the American Heart Association in February.
