Kim Kardashian blames her puffy pout on her pregnancy, but half-sister Kylie Jenner's lips might have hers beat.

The two snapped a selfie alongside Kanye West during James Harden's birthday party Tuesday, which was later shared by the 34-year-old social media mogul. In the pic, netizens say Jenner's lips are comparably larger than Kardashians and are asking: is she going too far with her lip fillers?

A day before the party, Kardashian, a soon-to-be mother of two, shared a series of beachy self portraits showcasing her "pregnancy lips," taken during her St. Barths vacation. The seemingly natural cause of her swollen pout have Jenner's placed yet again on the pedestal of public scrutiny.

In May, Jenner came clean about using temporary fillers to give her pout a more pronounced plump. "It's just an insecurity of mine and it's what I wanted to do," she said in an interview. "I'm just not ready to talk about my lips yet because everyone always picks us apart."
