Jared Padalecki sold his California house for $2.4m

Supernatural star Jared Padalecki sold his San Fernando Valley, Calif., house for $2.4 million, the Los Angeles Times reported. He bought the 1924 Spanish-style house in 2009 for $1.775 million, though since then he's spent much of his time in Vancouver, Canada, where filming of Supernatural takes place. The 3,818-square-foot house features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a library, family room, vaulted beam ceilings and stained glass. Padalecki has starred in the CW's Supernatural as Sam Winchester since 2005, and the show was recently renewed for a 10th season. Before that he spent five years on Gilmore Girls.
