Elisabeth Moss has previously spoken to the press about her failed marriage to Fred Armisen, which ended in 2011 after less than a year. She told Page Six in 2012 that the Saturday Night Live alum and Portlandia star that "the greatest impersonation he does is that of a normal person." The 31-year-old actress, who covers the latest issue of New York mag wearing nothing but overalls, continued to share her thoughts on what was a "horrible" marriage. "Looking back, I feel like I was really young, and at the time I didn't think that I was that young," Moss said. "It was extremely traumatic and awful and horrible." But at least it was a learning experience. "At the same time, it turned out for the best," Moss said. "I'm glad that I'm not there. I'm glad that it didn't happen when I was 50. I'm glad I didn't have kids. And I got that out of the way. Hopefully. Like, that's probably not going to happen again." Armisen admitted to Howard Stern last year that he wasn't the best husband. "I think I was a terrible husband, I think I'm a terrible boyfriend," he said at the time. "I want it all -- fast. I want to be married ... and then somewhere around a year, two years, I get freaked out." Moss, meanwhile, has continued to earn praise for her work as Mad Men's feminist icon, Peggy Olsen, and as a Kiwi detective in Top of the Lake.
