Dina Lohan pleads not guilty to DUI charge in New York

Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina pleaded not guilty Tuesday in New York's Nassau County District Court to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Dina Lohan, 51, was arrested Sept. 12 after Long Island police pulled her over for speeding and determined she was intoxicated. E! News said she entered her not guilty plea Tuesday with her attorney Mike Heller at her side. Dina Lohan is due back in court Oct. 23. Lindsay Lohan, 27, is a former child actress who has been more famous in recent years for her own brushes with the law and several trips to rehab, some of them court-ordered.
