Ciara debuts dramatic dreadlocks over fourth of July weekend

Though there's plenty of celebrities, like Jennifer Lawrence, Whitney Port and Hilary Duff, opting for light, summery bobs, Ciara debuted a heavy-looking set of dreadlocks over Fourth of July weekend.
The 28-year-old singer and dancer, who welcomed son Future Zahir Wilburn last May, usually sports long, wavy hair.
