Avril Lavgine was the lucky recipient of a 17-carat emerald cut diamond ring this week.
The 29-year-old singer took to Twitter Thursday to share a photo of the gift husband Char Kroeger gave her for the pair's one year anniversary.

The image finds Lavigne with her nose on the Nickelback singer's cheek as they smile for a selfie. The pair, together since 2012, married in the South of France on July 1, 2013.
After her anniversary celebration, the "Complicated" singer will kick off a tour in Japan on August 13.
