Gemma Arterton, who plays the leader of a church choir in her latest film, said in London she remained proud to be a member of the elite roster of Bond girls. Arterton, 26, told reporters at this week's premier of "Song for Marion" she would be proud to be known as one of the fabled James Bond sex kittens for the "rest of her life." "There's not many people in the world who can say they have been a Bond girl," said Arterton, who played Strawberry Fields in "Quantum of Solace." "You realize what an amazing thing it is, and worldwide," she said. Sky News said Arterton looked more the part of a 007 paramour than she did a choirmaster at the premier. She arrived decked out in a smart Prada jacket worn as a dress. Arterton told the press she felt right at home in "Song for Marion," which also stars 74-year-old Terrence Stamp as a widower who joins Arterton's choir after his wife, played by Vanessa Redgrave, gets cancer, The Daily Telegraph said. "'I'm a trained singer," Arterton said. "I got into acting by accident." Arterton said she didn't sing quite as much as she expected in the movie but she did come away with a new musical skill. "I had to learn to play the piano, which I've always wanted to learn," she said.
