Vinci, OHL interested to construct Moscow - St. Petersburg highway

Vinci and OHL are interested to participate in construction of a new 650 km highway from Moscow to St. Petersburg, Sergei Kostin, chairman of Russia's state road-building company Avtodor, told reporters on investment forum sidelines on Saturday. "During the forum, we had a meeting with Vinci, which confirmed its interest to participate in the construction of a road from Moscow to St. Petersburg, Spanish company OHL also confirmed its participation," Kostin said. The both companies are looking for a partner in Russia, he added. "Regarding the time to prepare the territory, when we see that the earth is ready, we plan to carry out a competition," Kostin said.
