Egypt signs for 2 real estate projects worth $3bn

The Housing Ministry signed on Sunday with Mansour Group a memo of understanding to carry out two real estate projects at an investment value of three billion dollars.
Housing Minister Moustafa Madbouli, in statements on the sidelines of Egypt Economic Development Conference, said the projects will be set up in New Cairo City on an area of 500 feddans.
The State will take a percent from the two projects' investment revenues, he added.
