DPG to sell Bay Square development in Business Bay

The announcement comes as DPG plans its upcoming Cityscape participation, increasing speculation that sales for the project will commence at the 3-day real estate event. Overlooking the Downtown and Burj Khalifa area, Bay Square offers prime commercial and residential opportunities for sale, with leasing options available for retail units.
