Qatari council reviews law on real estate development

The Advisory Council held its regular weekly session chaired by its Speaker HE Mohammad bin Mubarak al-Khulaifi on Monday. At the outset of the meeting, HE Secretary General of the Advisory Council Fahad bin Mubarak al-Khayareen read the approved agenda, then the Council endorsed the minutes of its previous meeting. The Council reviewed a draft law regulating the real estate development and decided to refer it to a joint committee composed of the Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee and the Economic and Financial Affairs Committee for further study and submit a report thereon to the Council.
