11,000 Units delivered "shortly" for lease nationwide in Algeria

A total of 11,000 housing units, constructed nationwide as part of lease formula, will be delivered "shortly," General Manager of Assurance Immo (formerly CNEP-Immo) Mokhtar Boufatit said Thursday at the headquarters of the prefecture of Setif. Speaking on the sidelines of the signing ceremony, attended by the Minister of Housing and Urban Development Noureddine Moussa, of an agreement for the construction of 6200 units of this type in Setif, the same official recalled that the 11,000 units are part of a programme of 65,000 units to be completed during the current five-years (2010-2014).
